Pallet Racking Range
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) systems allow for the efficient storage of the stock in your warehouse. We have a range of customisable options that can be designed to match your business’ needs. One Stop Pallet Racking manufactures and installs a diverse range of storage solutions, ensuring strong and secure storage racks.
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) systems are designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 International Standards and comply with the SEMA, FEM, AS4084-2012 Australian Standards and The Australian Steel Institute Code of Practice for the design of pallet racking systems.
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) uprights bear the full load of the pallet racking system. The transfer of rack loads from the beams through the uprights is therefore critical to the overall system strength, safety and performance. OSPR uprights are designed to carry the rack load on the front face without twisting, distorting or stressing the metal. The profile of the slots transfers the load vertically down the upright and allows beams to connect without being wedged in so that the side loads are not imposed on the upright by the beam end connector. OSPR uprights have a significant deeper flange (side face) than other conventional racking systems, providing greater overall strength, rigidity and a greater resistance to lateral impact damage.
Selective Pallet Racking
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) Selective Pallet Racking provides direct access to all pallets. It is one of the more common options for pallet racking storage. It is composed of upright frames and beams, which are manufactured in various heights, widths and lengths to suit your pallet racking needs. OSPR Selective Pallet Racking is designed for optimising the storage of goods of all weights and sizes. All types of forklifts can be used with this type of pallet racking. With a wide range of components and accessories, One Stop Pallet Racking can meet your precise requirements for your warehousing needs.
Double Deep Racking
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) Double Deep Racking provides storage of up to four pallets deep. OSPR Double Deep Racking increases the storage density, as the rack to aisle ratio is improved in comparison to Selective Pallet Racking. This is an efficient way to reduce the number of aisles in your warehouse. Implementing Double Deep Pallet Racking will allow you to cut costs and ultimately, increase your storage capacity without the need to relocate or make physical changes to the warehouse itself.
For Double Deep Racking, you will require a forklift with extendable tynes that can reach in and pick up a pallet from the 2nd row. We understand that not all forklifts have extendable tynes, however, One Stop Pallet Racking can assist in the rental or purchase of a forklift with extendable tynes. By contacting One Stop Pallet Racking, we can advise you on the most suitable system to meet your requirements.
Drive-In Racking
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) Drive-In Racking is designed for storing large quantities of similar or same sized pallets. These are stored depth-wise, which greatly increases the storage density per cubic meter in your warehouse. The forklift drives into the racking to store and retrieve pallets at any level.
This type of pallet racking is ideal to store products in bulk such as produce, fresh food and beverages. Drive-In Racking is beneficial in tight spaces such as a cool rooms and freezers. Drive-In Racking is suitable for storing products that are on low rotation.
Cantilever Racking
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) Cantilever Racking provides an excellent solution to store long or irregular items such as; lumber, furniture, tubing etc. Cantilever Racking allows products to be kept off the floor and stacked efficiently. It is simple to assemble and therefore, easy to relocate elsewhere in the warehouse. One Stop Pallet Racking can specifically manufacture Cantilever Racking to suit your product size and warehouse space. It can be engineered to be single or double sided. One Stop Pallet Racking can provide various column heights, arm lengths and base lengths (single or double sided) to ensure an ideal solution for your warehouse.
Push Back Racking
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) Push Back Racking provides highly effective use of space by combining high density storage with high speed access. OSPR Push Back Racking provides safe and dense storage for 2, 3 and 4 pallets deep. Inclined rail is designed to make the trolley with load move safely and smoothly. This promotes a low damage environment in the warehouse as the forklift never enters the racking system. OSPR Push Back Racking operates on a first in, last out basis. It provides high density storage with a highly effective use of space to suit your warehousing needs.
You will also not need a forklift with extendable tynes, a standard forklift is more than sufficient for this type of racking.
Shuttle Rack
One Stop Pallet Racking (OSPR) Shuttle Rack offers high density pallet storage without the need for forklifts to drive into the actual racking system. OSPR Shuttle Rack retrieves and places pallets within the system as required.
There are many advantages of the One Stop Pallet racking shuttle system. It assists production, increases productivity, saves time unloading and loading pallets, can be used with different pallet sizes or low temperature warehouse storage, no damage or repairs required to the racking system as the forklift does not access the racking unit which saves costs.
With independent charging radio shuttles, the pallets run on guide rails under the control of a manual radio. Shuttles reach below the pallets to move them into different locations, lifting them from the guide rail and sending them to the front-end shipment exit. The forklift can load from the guide rail or transfer the shuttles to another guide rail. Shuttle Rack offers a great utilisation of warehouse space and cost savings in multiple areas.
